6th Annual Winter Wellness Event
UChicago Medicine's Urban Health Initiative will host it's 6th Annual Winter Wellness Series on January 31 complete with fitness demos, raffles, and more.
It promises to be a fun-filled day of movement that will include line dancing, yoga (please bring your mat), and a light fitness boot camp demo. All fitness ability levels are welcomed. There will also be a wellness panel discussion and live raffles. Lunch will be provided.
