Virtual Event: Corporate Social Responsibility Revisited

In 1970, the Nobel Prize–winning economist Milton Friedman wrote a landmark op-ed for The New York Times on the role a business should play in society. Fifty years later, his views continue to spark lively debates among professionals across industries. Join this conversation at Corporate Social Responsibility Revisited, a new global virtual conference from Chicago Booth, coming this September.

Practitioners, professors, and policymakers representing a wide variety of perspectives and backgrounds are welcome to discuss and debate the role of the corporation in corporate social responsibility, including environmental sustainability, corporate governance, and gender and racial diversity in the workplace.

Each of our three global campuses in Chicago, London, and Hong Kong will host a portion of the conference throughout the day. We welcome you to attend one or all. Be on the lookout for more details in the weeks ahead.

Part 1: Hong Kong, 5 – 7 p.m. HKT
Part 2: London, 1 – 3 p.m. BST
Part 3: Chicago, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. CST
