The Convergence of Inclusion and Leadership

Nonprofit boards are often responsible for looking outward and creating strategy that involves impact and oversight. In this hands-on session, you’ll have the opportunity to look inward and enhance your awareness of any potential blind spots pertaining to inclusion, leadership, and the impact these have on the organization that you serve. Walk away with exercises to begin assessing your board’s effectiveness around leading through the lens of inclusion.
