The UChicago Civic Knowledge Project is co-sponsoring this event at the First Unitarian Church of Chicago Courtyard, 5650 S. Woodlawn Av. This Free Celebration will feature the words and music of Tim Branch and the New Generation, Shoot the J, Phenom, and our great South Side oral historian, educator, and civil rights activist Timuel D. Black.
