Learn about bread making, both ancient and modern, and make your own samples!

Join the Institute for the Study of Ancient Cultures in learning how to make bread, using both ancient grains and modern ingredients! Explore the science of breadmaking, mix and bake your own samples, and learn about the ingredients used to make bread in the ancient world.

Breads will include: Date Soda Bread, Sorghum Bread, and Yeast Bread.

Pricing: $5 for member children; $10 for non-member children
