Assistant Director of Career Readiness Initiatives
Emily Cracolici serves as the Assistant Director of Career Readiness Initiatives on the College Readiness and Access team. In this position, Emily manages the planning and implementation of the Youth Internship Program, the annual Peter and Judy Kovler Career Conference for High School Students and coordinates the development of career exploration opportunities for students across College Readiness and Access programs.

Emily is passionate about finding opportunities for students that provide academic, professional, and personal growth. Previously, Emily worked at the Noble Network of Charter Schools as the Pre-College Program Coordinator, Academic Advisor and English & AP Literature Instructor. She also taught 6th Grade English at Houston Independent School District through Teach for America. Emily received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University and holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy.
