As the Senior Director of Urban Planning & Economic Development, Josh oversees the University’s off-campus real estate planning.
As the Senior Director of Urban Planning & Economic Development, Josh oversees the University’s off-campus real estate planning. He is responsible for leading planning initiatives, identifying and assessing acquisitions, and generating economic activity through direct and leveraged real estate investments in the neighborhoods surrounding the University campus. Josh focuses on projects that match the needs and priorities of the University with those of local residents. He has been advancing community development initiatives at the University since November 2013. He holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from DePaul University.
