The University of Chicago recently announced the "UChicago Stand Together Program," which will provide $15 million in new scholarships, college admissions support for Chicago Public Schools students, and over 100 internships with community-based organizations. This program focuses on breaking down the barriers that might prevent students from succeeding after college, expanding the meaning of access for many students.
