A new program offered by the University of Chicago, the Youth Internship Program, offers a six-week opportunity for Chicago Public School students to engage with and learn from the various departments on campus. Created through the Office of Civic Engagement, more specifically, the program hosted 10 students and allowed them to gain experiences that will enrich their understanding of various subject matters.
